La fórmula general es 30–35 ml de agua por kilogramo de peso corporal al día. Una persona de 70 kg necesita aproximadamente 2,1–2,5 litros diarios en condiciones normales. La actividad física aumenta esta cantidad en ~500 ml por hora de ejercicio moderado.

¿Qué ocurre si no bebemos suficiente agua?
